Participation in 1 survey

Survey on Innovation and Organizational Project Management

This research project is funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC).
Why? 21% of the world’s GDP has been generated by projects (Brédillet, 2008). Today’s economic climate is pushing organizations to continuously introduce innovations in their products, operations and practices in order to remain competitive. In these circumstances, how can we ensure that resources are used optimally? How can we maximize project performance? What competencies do we need to get results?
For whom? Every organization which innovates in products/services or practices.
How? One questionnaire for a member of senior management and another one for a person responsible for projects.
What will you take away from participating in this study? Amongst others, a benchmark report for all participants.
